Introducing our HERBERT side tables, the latest addition to our occasional table collection.

The HERBERT side table, is available in a small and medium size side table, or as a coffee table size. The tables are a sophisticated addition to elegant modern interiors.

Part of a collection, the side table are crafted from an ancient river rescued matai tree (a native timber of New Zealand) and beautifully balanced by a conical shaped Timaru bluestone base.

The round matai wood top naturally flaunts its stunning individual wood grain. A golden metal cylinder linking the base with the top reveals the table’s structure. These side tables with contrasting textures create an exclusive allure to a room by themselves, or as a set of two or three.

When crafted from matai wood, the trees’ location co-ordinates are inscribed on a stainless steel Tréology tag and attached to the underside of the table top, connecting the owner to a unique piece of New Zealand’s nature.

At Tréology, we don’t design our pieces; nature does that for us. We simply appreciate the natural form of sustainable timber and craft it into a contemporary piece.
